- For Indian Residents: Investment in Thailand property must comply with the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with Indian tax laws (TCS, Income Tax) through their own qualified Chartered Accountant.
- For Thailand Property: Ownership structures (Freehold/Leasehold) are subject to Thai Land Office regulations. We strongly recommend that all buyers engage independent legal counsel to perform a final title search and contract review.
