These Terms govern your access to and use of the Subata Realty website, mobile applications, property listings, and advisory services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable laws in Thailand or India. By using this site, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to act.

3. Use of Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including property descriptions, research reports, market comparisons, photos, logos, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Subata Realty.

Subata Realty makes reasonable efforts to verify all information. However, all listings, floor plans, yields (ROI), and prices are provided by developers or third parties and are subject to change.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Phuket, Thailand, or Delhi/NCR, India, as applicable.
